In spite of the crises, it seems Frigopartner is planning for the long term, having concluded a 10 year lease agreement for a portion of the high quality storage, showroom and office areas located in Citypoint9.
The third and last phase of Citypoint9 was handed over in September of this year, and thus the completed project now consists of over 20 000 sqm of leasable area.
Citypoint9, developed by ConvergenCE, is a well established name on the Budapest city logistics market, thanks to its downtown location with good public transport and road accessibility – high quality technical features and active marketing strategy. It is thanks to these attributes that the project currently houses companies such as Color Life Benetton, Chio, OBI, JTI, Imperial Tobacco, Studio Moderna, Roltechnik, L.E.S. Management, Logicom and the newly acquired Frigopartner.
