The prizes were for CEE Capital Markets Agency of the Year and CEE Industrial & Logistics Agency of the Year. In parallel, globally Colliers International has climbed one spot on the podium to the 2nd place in the annual Lipsey Survey of the top 25 brands in the commercial real estate industry.
Colliers International CEE includes the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine. According to 2009 market data, Colliers CEE transacted over €470 million in investment volume and facilitated industrial leasing transactions of 389,550 sqm in the region.
The above results make Colliers International CEE the leading real estate consultancy in these sectors within the region in 2009, in terms of market share. The total investment market share of Colliers International CEE was 37% and industrial & logistics market share was 46%, considering all deals involving the participation of a real estate agency firm.
