According to Ferenc Molnár, representative of the developer REM Ingatlan Zrt., a modern office building in a prime location can provide results even in the middle of the crisis. The significance of this lease contract is also that currently all players on the market are facing the nearly 25 % vacancy. This new tenant raised the occupancy of the building by 14 %.
