South Buda Business Park (SBBP) welcomed a new tenant in tower ‘A’ in Q3 of 2010. KIA Motors, one of the key sponsors of the Football World Cup 2010, had moved into their new office in Újbuda with Colliers International’s involvement – told us Kata Mazsaroff, associate of the office agency at Colliers International.The ‘A’ category office building provides office space on 6 floors and 431 parking spaces on 2 underground levels. The surroundings offer several services for the tenants’ convenience – restaurants, shopping and leisure centre, fitness centre, gas station and car wash.
