As of December 2014, Márta Pataki is the new Head of Retail responsible for shopping centers at CBRE. She has 14 years of retail property experience gained in Hungary and in other CEE markets. Between 2009 and 2014, she was Regional Leasing Director for TriGranit, overseeing the company’s retail portfolio in CEE, including major operating shopping centres and new retail developments totalling over 300,000 sq m GLA. Prior to this, she worked in Brussels and Budapest at Cushman & Wakefield, where she coordinated leasing for various retail projects including Arena Plaza in Budapest in the development phase.
